Whenever I design cards for my language learning card games like Heading Into Language Land, I always do my best to incorporate a wide variety of word categories, types, and difficulty levels. As thoughtful as that process may be, I doubt it could ever capture all of your specific and extraordinary interests that you would like to be able to communicate about in your target language. That is why I want to offer to you the card commission option! With this option, you will have the chance to choose the word categories and topics that mean the most to you to include on your very own, custom-made card. And by aspiring to use that card effectively during the game, you will naturally be immersed more and more deeply in your own, personal language learning journey. This card, Shizi, was made for a customer named Leon, according to his specifications. He hired his own artist to create the artwork, which he sent over to me. And then, I worked closely with him to create the perfect topic, rule text, story text, etc. In the end, Leon received professionally printed copies of the physical game card to use with his Heading Into Language Land game deck, and also, the print-and-play PDF version of the card.
